1. Where we ship
We dispatch to mainland UK addresses only. By ordering, you confirm you are a UK-based purchaser buying strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use.
2. Dispatch times
In-stock catalogue items are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of a cleared order (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched for next-day delivery where the carrier service allows.
3. Delivery and tracking
Orders are sent by tracked UK courier/postal service. A tracking reference is emailed once your order is dispatched. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days after dispatch.
4. Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free delivery applies on orders over £99.
5. Packaging
All orders are sent in discreet, plain packaging. Products are supplied as research reagents, labelled *For Research Use Only — Not for Human Consumption*.
6. Delayed or lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, contact us at info@kyrolabspeptides.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
7. Storage on arrival
Lyophilised peptides should be stored cool, dry and away from light on receipt; refer to each product page and its Certificate of Analysis for handling guidance.
