1. Research Use Only (RUO)
All products supplied by KyroLabs are classified strictly as Research Use Only (RUO) materials. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, administration, consumption, medical treatment, diagnostic procedures, cosmetic application, or any therapeutic or in-vivo purpose. Products must be used only in controlled laboratory research settings by individuals competent in the safe handling of research chemicals.
2. Not medicines or medical devices
None of our products may be regarded, described, marketed, repackaged, supplied, or used as medicines, medical devices, injectables, treatments, or food supplements under UK law. We do not supply products for therapeutic, clinical, or diagnostic purposes, and we do not provide guidance on human or animal use.
3. Eligibility
By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 years or older, UK-based, and purchasing solely for lawful scientific research. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not meet our compliance requirements.

7. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. Title to goods passes to you on full payment; risk passes on delivery.
8. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. We dispatch within the United Kingdom only.
9. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Due to the specialist and perishable nature of research materials, we do not accept returns once a product has been dispatched, except as set out in that policy. Nothing affects your non-excludable statutory rights.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KyroLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or any loss arising from use of products outside their RUO scope. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

All Site content (text, images, branding, logos) is owned by or licensed to KyroLabs and may not be reproduced without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
